EKO RETURN CONVEYOR
AUTOMATION FOR LOW PRODUCTIVITY
The semi-automatic system EKO 240 is an automation for the return of panels machined on low-productivity through-feed machines and allows a single operator to independently manage the flows of machinery such as flanging machines and equipment for smoothing operations.
The equipment consists of a series of motorized belts required for extracting the panel from the operating machine and also of a tilting air curtain plane equipped with a pneumatic presser for the expulsion of the panel on the low friction belt, used for its reinsertion towards the operator of the processed panel.
