STUDY/ANALYSIS
We visit your business premises without obligation, to survey spaces and understand individual needs. After our visit, a team of technical and mechanical engineers will carefully study your case, evaluating each individual request in terms of quantity and production times.
DESIGN
Analyzing needs enables us to propose and develop efficient solutions and projects suited to each request. A team of engineers works closely together on projects to present the effective solution to individual needs.
MECHANICS & SOFTWARE
The entire development of the production process of machines and production lines and industrial automation takes place within our Company; the complete management of the various phases of technical/mechanical production and software allows us having total control and monitoring the quality of the product and the functionality of the machine/system. We rely on internal specialists in PLC programming, who, through software management, develop specific automation systems for each customer request.
INSTALLATION and INFORMATION
A team of professional technicians in the mechanical and IT sector follows and performsevery step: assembly, installation and testing of the machine/production line, keeping customers informed and providing training on the technical functionality of the system.
POST SALES/MAINTENANCE ASSISTANCE
Quality and service assistance are fundamental for customers in terms of productivity and money; response to requests for assistance, therefore, must be as immediate as possible anywhere in the world. CVM provides technical/mechanical assistance and software installation in a timely manner; complete remote management
of industrial plants and rapid intervention of our team of in-house professionals ensure continuity of our customers’ production cycle.
